Semponium ‘Sienna’ is a striking succulent hybrid, created by crossing Aeonium and Sempervivum. It forms a bold, symmetrical rosette with spoon-shaped leaves that range in color from deep burgundy to fiery orange-red, often with darker tips. The vibrant coloration becomes more intense in bright sunlight and cooler temperatures. This plant typically grows up to 20–30 cm wide and may develop a short stem over time.
Semponium ‘Sienna’ is primarily used as an ornamental succulent, prized for its vivid colors and sculptural rosette shape. It’s ideal for container gardening, indoor decor and rock gardens.
Semponium ‘Sienna’ thrives in full sun to bright indirect light. It prefers a well-draining succulent soil and should be watered only when the soil is dry. It is drought-tolerant but not frost-hardy.
