ORDER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
How to Order
Browse through our website collection of plants to find the item/s you want and add these to your cart. Upon checkout, fill out the delivery details. Complete your transaction by paying for your item/s through our secure PayPal, Afterpay or Stripe payment gateway, which accepts all major credit cards. You can still purchase without having a PayPal account.
Whilst we try to make every effort to ensure that all our products are aligned with the product images and descriptions on our website, certain products are subject to seasonal availability. In the event that they are unavailable, we will substitute with a similar product/variety of equal or higher value. Should this occur we may notify you prior to the order being dispatched.
Delivery rates are calculated according to weight and volume of your order. You can use our shipping calculator tool in the shopping cart page to obtain a shipping quote.
Please allow 2-4 business days depending on the product and availability. Some orders may take longer to be dispatched as we require time to pick and prepare your plants. We will notify you if there is a delay in the delivery of your order.
We can deliver outside of Sydney but it is limited depending on the size of the order, so please contact us and we can respond with the best option. Due to strict quarantine laws, we are unable to ship live plants to TAS, NT & WA.
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct ordering and delivery details when placing an order. An additional charge may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address. We will not be responsible for undeliverable or wrongly delivered orders resulting from incorrect details provided by you.
Please note that a contact number is required for deliveries to a unit. Please ensure that someone will be available on the day to receive the order. If no one is available to receive the order, we will leave it at the premises if deemed safe but if we are unable to gain access to the building, the order will be returned to us. Additional charges will apply for re-delivery.
Please advise us under the order notes/comments if there are any specific delivery instructions.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for any claim including missing plants or quality issues. Plants must be unpacked, checked and watered on delivery or within 24 hours of delivery.
If no one is home to accept the delivery, we will leave the item/s at the premises if deemed safe unless you have specifically requested for it not to be left unattended. We will contact you for further instructions, an additional charge may apply for re-delivery.
All orders for pickup will be organised within 2-5 business days and we will send you an email update for the pickup. The address for pickup is 249 New Line Road Dural. Some orders may take longer to be processed as we require time to pick and prepare your plants. We will notify you if there is any delay.
Refunds and Returns
In the case of you not being satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery time.
