From the Italian family of Lavenders, AVONVIEW is an improved variety with beautiful, bright purple butterfly flowers and great smell from Spring to Autumn. It has soft, grey/green foliage all year and a longer flowering period than most Lavenders. To stop them becoming woody, prune back to one quarter of their full height after flowering. Great for use as a border or in pots and containers.
