Photinias are very popular ornamental shrubs, grown for their magnificent coloured foliage and used most commonly for privacy screening. The RED ROBIN variety boasts a deeper red colour on its new growth tips. Photinias are a fast-growing evergreen shrub with lush, glossy, green foliage that contrasts nicely against the red. It is extremely durable as a screen, hedge, or mass planted. Regular pruning will encourage a larger display of the brilliant red foliage.
