The ‘Water Gum’ is a tree with a smooth, creamy-brown trunk. It produces perfumed yellow flowers in summer and the leaves turn red in winter. It is an ornamental plant which can be used for shelter and shade and thrives best in a warm, moist position with well mulched soil.
