This evergreen shrub is a beautiful specimen. The Duranta Sheen’s Gold is best grown in groupings and as a hedge. Due to its golden foliage the Duranta Gold adds a great gold colour to the garden and can be cut back to specific sizes. It produces a nice lavender blue flower. With decent drainage this plant will survive even with little water. It grows extremely well in tropical, sub tropical and coastal areas.
