Callistemon Bottlebrush is a fast growing evergreen shrub which produces masses of reddish pink, shades of pink, bottlebrush flowers throughout the year. It is known to attract birds and can grow over 4m in height by 2.5m in width, a hardy plant tolerating boggy soils and frosty conditions. Most commonly used for hedges and screening purposes.

The Callistemon is ideally planted where you can view the small native birds as they come to feed on its nectar. All Callistemons do well with a pruning after flowering which will then maintain its compact growth.
