COMMON NAME: BAMBOO MULTIPLEX, GREEN HEDGE

Pot Size: 20cm / 8″ / 200mm

An attractive clumping bamboo growing to around 4m. It may be pruned and kept smaller if desired. The tight clumping habit and lush green foliage make this bamboo perfect for hedging, windbreaks and general landscaping; also looks fantastic in a decorative pot and can be grown indoors with sufficient light.

Prefers a sunny or partly shaded position in well-drained soil. It will tolerate coastal conditions and can withstand temperatures below zero. Remove old canes as desired and fertilise annually with a long term slow release fertiliser.
